RETURN POLICY
For returns of merchandise purchased online, Manrico Cashmere will issue a refund or if requested a store credit for unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered merchandise, sent in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt within 10 days of the date you received the package. Merchandise must be in original condition and have the tag(s) attached.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your order.
  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Manrico Cashmere reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return and exchange policy requirements.
  • No returns or exchanges on Special Orders.
  • All “Sale” items are final sale.

If you wish to make a return, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail at: customerservice@manrico.com. This e-mail should include your Full Name, Order Number, Reason for wanting to return the merchandise and your Contact Information.

Once we have received and approved your return request, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include a return shipping label. To return merchandise, ship your item(s) in a secure package. Once received, we will process your return, minus shipping costs. Upon your request, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment or store credit according to our policies. A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail associated with your order. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your order.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY
For any exchange of full price merchandise, including online purchases, Manrico Cashmere will issue a store credit for unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered merchandise, sent in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of the date you received the package. Merchandise must be in original condition and have the tag(s) attached.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your order.
  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Manrico Cashmere reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return & exchange policy requirements.
